Regarding all products being supplied, SUPPLIER is obliged to notify ORDERER in case of:
- change of formulation/composition
- change of raw material grade (e.g. polymer, filler, additives …)
- change of raw material suppliers
- change of production site and/or equipment
- change of process parameters or quality assurance procedures, which were valid at the time of the approval of the product
In addition, SUPPLIER is obliged to notify ORDERER of any other product change, process change or change of the quality assurance procedures, if SUPPLIER cannot exclude negative influence on the performance and processability of the objects of agreement.

Reach, RoHs Requirements
In case of changes of the REACH candidate list of substances of very high concern (SVHC), the SUPPLIER is obliged to request of the ORDERER immediately the approval to continue delivery, if an SVHC is contained in any product delivered to the ORDERER, in concentrations in excess of 0.1% (w/w). Without prior consent of the ORDERER, such products must not be delivered.
In case of changes of the REACH intentions list as published by the European Chemicals Agency, the SUPPLIER is obliged to notify the ORDERER within 30 days after the addition of any substance, if that substance is contained in any product delivered to the ORDERER, in concentrations in excess of 0.1% (w/w).
For all products, the requirements of the Lapp Group apply: Products must not contain any substances of the current candidate list (“SVHC”), according to Article 59 (1, 10) of the European Regulation 1907/2006/EC (REACH) in excess of 0.1% (w/w), or substances of Annex II of the European Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) in excess of the concentration limits listed therein. Exemptions according to RoHS Annexes III and IV are allowed. In case of articles, all concentration limits are related to the homogeneous materials.
